About My Track Society

Society is something of special track for me. At the very start of 2023 I decided to focus on producing a single style of music – trance, or at least my take on it.  I sat down at my DAW in early January to start a journey with deliberate intentions to send my music out in the wild whilst building my skills in music production, and developing my own sound.  The result was “Trance 1” in early January which was soon name Society.

Originally scheduled for release in the middle of 2023, technical issues meant that did not happen. However, it is now a special moment to have the “start of the Jomarkho journey” released out into the wild.

I feel lucky to have played the piano for most of my life. The sound of the piano is such a huge part of me and so I like to include it in my music often. My collection of early 90s vinyls consists of any dance track with a good piano riff in it. My track, Society, features a strong and (hopefully) positive piano melody to contrast the long and powerful saw synth lead. Contrasting elements that come together and end in a positive, feel good way.
