Funky Dudes & Blues

This fun little track, Funky Dudes & Blues, releases on the 9th of October 2024. It is a nod to the fun that can be had jamming along with other musicians to a tune or rhythmic idea. This track is based on a sort of 8-bar then 12-bar blues pattern, in C-minor, with different members of the group taking it turns to “do their thing”. This is all done to a house/dance beat.

The voice over introduces Johnny on the piano, Techno on the synths, Tip-Toe on the electric piano, Keith on the drum machine, and Pork-Pie on the guitar. Who is playing the bass? Maybe we will never know…
